Kathleen Peña, MSW, CGS, LICSW, CCTP, AAT (She/Her/Ella)
FOUNDER, CEO, & CLINICIAN
A BIPOC trauma-informed, culturally-centered clinician dedicated to supporting individuals within our community.
As someone who shares similar cultural experiences and understands the nuances of our lived realities, I recognize the importance of having a therapist who truly comprehends your background. My approach is trauma-informed, culture-sensitive, and person centered, focusing on addressing generational trauma and fostering healing in a way that respects and honors your unique cultural lived experience.
My goal is to create a therapeutic relationship grounded in empathy and shared understanding, where you feel empowered to break cycles of trauma, foster resilience and promote holistic well-being. I’m committed to providing a compassionate and understanding space where we can work together to navigate and heal from past wounds, ultimately paving the way for a healthier, more vibrant future.
Outside of my professional role, I love spending time with my family & close friends, cooking, playing volleyball & video games, listening to music, singing, being out in nature, and I’m into all the woo-woo “stuff” like Reiki, sound healing, and collecting crystals.
